2.1. Our shoes are handmade in Italy, and production is based on customer orders. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, availability is limited to the number of orders we can accommodate within each order slot.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Orders will be shipped within 3 months after the order period is closed. This timeline is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will make every effort to notify customers of any delays.
3.2. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer and will be calculated based on the delivery address and shipping method chosen at checkout.
3.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete information.
4. No Return Policy
4.1. Due to the custom-made nature of our Italian handmade shoes, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please ensure you choose the correct size and style when placing your order.
